CHACHA is looking for an E-commerce Depop Sales Executive to join our team!

Question

We are looking for a Depop maverick to manage our re-love programme via Depop – this means uploading products onto our official Depop page, facilitating sales and sending packages out. This position is remote and the hours are entirely flexible to your schedule. For every sale you make, you will get 100% commission from each sale.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage CHACHA's Depop account including updating new listings for sale
- Facilitate the end-to-end order process for new and existing customers
- Collect and house returns from CHACHA's returns address
- Prepare Depop shipments for postage through careful packing, sealing and labelling of materials
- Answer customers' questions and address problems and complaints

What you need:
- Strong experience and familiarity in managing second-hand selling platforms
- Access to a printer for printing shipping labels where necessary
- A space to store inventory where required without damaging goods
