Hi everyone, I am looking for pitches for a new publication I am working on for my MA called Yuck.
Yuck is a celebration of things that are considered “trashy”, low culture, or that people find off putting. We want pieces that explore the value in these things - maybe it’s a defence of reality tv or guilty pleasure music, the value of procrastination, maybe you’re into weird food combos that other people think are gross - we wanna know about it all!
Hoping to hear from people from a range of cultures and backgrounds
This is an unpaid opportunity but should be a lot of fun and ideal for student journos to get some practice pitching etc.
