Creative Recruitment is a specialist integrated recruitment agency covering creative vacancies within print and digital markets. We are looking to employ individuals to support us in our current recruitment projects and be part of our long term creative growth plans.

With an amazing client list ranging from prestigious Fashion Houses, Ecom, Retail, Digital, Advertising, Marketing and Design Agencies through to Entertainment and Financial sectors. Creative Recruitment support our clients by providing freelance, contract and permanent talent of all levels. From a Graphic Designer to a Creative Director, Account Manager to a Marketing Director you will cover a multitude and array of positions within a Creative environment.

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to focus on exciting digital and creative, design and development roles. The perfect candidate is already recruiting into the Design or Digital sectors at a competitor agency. We will also look at recruiters in unrelated sectors who have an interest and understanding of design and development through education or work history.

There are candidates available to work with straight away and some clients too but there will be a degree of business and talent development involved. Your billing history will be important to this role but Creative Recruitment is not a 'hardcore sales' environment as we provide our clients with a consultative approach based on ethics, value for money and are regularly involved on many HR aspects of the sector.

We are seeking great communicators and likeable personalities who will be hard working and highly motivated in their research, network building and resourcing. Being interested and involved in all things Creative and how technology is constantly evolving is a must.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced creative recruiter to build a long-term career within a truly inspiring and rewarding industry. We work in a relaxed casual working environment and are open, honest and friendly individuals.
Being a natural networker and creative native who enjoys using social media and LinkedIn as business tools is a massive advantage but not essential.
