- @The Dots Team Hi there, thank you for the kind response. It seems my biggest issue landing interviews is "lack of experience", or at least that is the common feedback I receive if it is provided. How is that fair for someone trying to gain it through a new job to begin with? Not to sound bitter as I am genuinely seeking help on the matter, but it seems like a double-edged sword. I have a very large and diverse work experience and been building on it since I was 14 and I have 2 degrees, but I feel I am not expressing it well enough to potential new employers, especially considering I am from another country. In reference to your second point: are there open workshops or mentorships available, or is there a route you can suggest where I can find/gain the relevant work experience and speak confidently about it plus what I already had since adolesence?
