Do you know what an introvert looks like?

I recently met a mother who is an extrovert, she was at my talk (about introvert confidence) because she believes her 6 year old is an introvert.

Her wonderful daughter is being shamed at school by teachers and put on a 'care plan' because she is different:
🤯 Thinking before she speaks
👑 Didn't want to write about King Charles because she doesn't like him
🤓 Enjoys her own company
🚸 Doesn't have many friends
😳 She is 'shy'
😇She loves to be recognised, but not in assembly.

This girl is confident now. but give it a couple of years and she will start to believe something is wrong with her, her confidence will ebb away.

So this lady wants to take me to the school to educate the teachers on introverts, which makes me so happy. imagine educating the ones who have so much time and influence over our children.

It's not just introverts that need to know this - extroverts do too.
