Do you understand how the blockchain came about? It shouldn’t be taken over by banks and corporations it’s meant to be autonomous!
Please feel free to contact me if you want to know more about the blockchain and crypto art. I’ve been following it for over a year and it takes a lot to get your head around and I’m still learning but I have a basic understanding and have minted NFTs. Its the one thing I feel excited and hopeful about as an artist and an entrepreneur. I find it worrying that more financial institutions and even the Govt are jumping all over it now before it’s even had a chance. I just hope others on here feel the same. It’s meant to be an alternative to everything they’ve destroyed .

- @Tom Gravestock my question was about the block chain. Cryptocurrency is a part of it of which there are different types and there has been instability. . Do some more research hun x
- Autonomous? In this world that means run by the extremely wealthy. Cryptocurrency is something of a ponzi scheme.
- Great question @Sophy Robson, I’ve just sent you a DM
- @Christine Milne at least I’m trying to start the conversation on this app and make others aware. A lot of creatives are sleeping !
- @Sophy Robson Yeah it's a shame a lot of people can't see the full potential of blockchain technology. Maybe in part because of all the hype and bad press around it?I'm hoping web3 creations make it much harder for there to be a middle man and give the creators more power!
- @Christine Milne yes unfortunately inevitable but we have to stand against them and I feel like not enough ppl especially creatives understand it’s potential
- Hi Sophie!I completely agree, unfortunately with the huge crypto profits and mass adoption it’s inevitable that large corps and gov want to be involved.
- What I’m trying to say is I’m seeing quite a few *events* led by organisations on it and as a source of information I don’t think you can trust them. That’s just my opinion but as I say I have spent time looking into it x
