- @christopher conway Reflecting on the "error", I would like to understand what copyright was infringed in creating this graphic and t-shirt generated by a combination of text that only and I repeat only in that sequence and concept fruit of the artist's intellect generated that image. I add it is not even known if the products generated by AI can be protected with copyright, certainly not those generated from other designs belonging to an artist and transformed through the use of AI and especially those generated by a combination of unique text produced by the intellect of a writer or artist. #copyright #design
- Currently there are a lot of companies being sued for copyright infringment; using artists images as a learning database for what is created. Getty among others are suing companies like Microsoft (openai), mid journey etc. Watch this space...
