I would say being ‘transferable’ is a must in the creative industry as it moves insanely quickly. You just have to be able to keep up and grow.

If you have a look at the biggest names like Nick Knight, Stefan Sagmeister, Peter Saville etc. Had their own changes in respect of current directions of the industry.

It’s more like finding the right balance between being current but also authentic. Hope it helps?
