Hello! I'm looking to grow my network of creatives in Swindon/South West UK in advance of a short film I currently have in development
I'm looking to build a network of film crew member who are emerging filmmakers/early in their careers who are from Swindon/South West UK.
We are comitted to create a diverse crew and honour under-represented groups. Therefore we're looking to have a 50-50 gender balance crew:
Crew members belonging to an under-represented ethnic group
Crew members who identify LGBTQ+
Crew members D/deaf and disabled
Significant amount of contributors or competitors from a lower socioeconomic background
