- You could do a free one in Framer. If you want custom domain you need to pay.I feel it is probably one of the most flexible platforms but needs some learning if no previous web dev or no-code experience.

- Mine is on Behance. I will use squarespace though if needed. It's not free. It's a visual platform you can have a store on as well. For selling services for example. I'm also using Milanote to share briefs with clients. If that's also interesting to you :)
- Do this right! I'd use @Elementor & their hosting. Run your email accounts through GSuite.
