In italy i have a footwear's factory where i'm the manager of the luxury women footwear's production (bags,accessories and menfootwears too).
Manager's stitching (seam) and quality control and pattern maker. I follow the inter production,responsible production and quality luxury footwear.
I know many things about shoes, construction, technique, sewing, defects, solving problems, following stressful production, model a shoe with a design, follow samples and choose the right products of excellent quality .
I follow 500 pairs of shoes a day and I coordinate more than 70 employees.We have been working for more than twenty years for a famous italian luxury brand (Gucci).
