Hi everyone, I'm working on a new online/IRL project, can anybody recommend 3D software for beginners? Thanks in advance

- @Leon Chew thanks Leon, hopefully going to watch some tutorials this evening, I want to start with basic shapes so will see how it goes!
- @Aron Marriott-Smith cheers Aron, I had an architect friend who recommended it too, haven’t managed to play with it yet but hope to soon🤲
- @Tony Ana thanks so much Tony I’ll definitely check those out!
- @Tony Ana https://app.vectary.com/p/4aVBXRyn7hyQIEhdQ6gdVn for a onlie AR sample of vectary :)
- try these online 3D tools, two I love to play around with are https://spline.design/ and https://www.vectary.com/Both free and online :) welcome to web3 :)
- Hi Amar, Depending on your needs, you might find Sketchup useful, it's popular in the architecture space for designing buildings and interiors - very quick to learn. Let us know how it goes!
- I'd also recommend Blender. There are so many tutorials for beginers available and the community are very open and willing to answer questions. The learnig curve is pretty steep if you've not done any 3D before(as I found out), but once you get your head around the program it is relatively easy workfow. Good luck
- @Trevor Bbanda cheers Trevor, that's another thing on my mind! whether to move to Ipad Pro and get Procreate for my art work, I currently use Affinity Designer on my macbook
- Another option is procreate, the new update has the 3D plugin
- @Paul Hunter Thanks for the suggestion Paul, I'll check it out
- If you're starting out in 3D, Blender is a good option. The software is open source and there are plenty of tutorials online such as YouTube that'll help get you started.https://www.blender.org
