Hi! I'm looking to make an industry switch into editorial journalism, but have no professional background, what's the best way to do this?
I'm Eily and I'm 24 currently living in Manchester England. I have a professional background in digital marketing but I would love to try and switch into the journalism world. I have always loved and been interested in journalism, I just never had the space or outlet to explore it. I would love to be a true journalist one day writing for some of the biggest publications globally. I enjoy topics such as politics, lifestyle, beauty, health and so much more. I am a novice to journalism and journalistic writing but I do have a BA in English and Writing and a MSc in Marketing. I just want to know the best way to get into this and hopefully make some good connections!
