How do you actively balance out the thinking mind with the resting heart?

- Hi Flora, I find Focusing techniques a very useful way to bring balance between body, mind and heart. It requires to silence the mind for a little while and sense deeper inside your body.. - I do morning pages which is basically writing a stream of consciousness that gets out all the things that are blocking you mentally or may inhibit you when working. It is almost like a form of meditation and you often have realisations about things that give you a sense of calmness and understanding.Not sure if that relates to what you were asking but try it anyway - it really works!
