How do you turn on the "availability" feature in your personal profile? As it just remains greyed out?
Whenn editing your personal profile you are given the option to turn on/off availabilty or to hide your profile, if your profile is being viewed as being available or not, or if it is hidden?

- Go into your profile then 'edit basic info' and you need to select at least one of 'fulltime', 'freelance' or 'internship' and that bit will go green.
