How have you found your best connections to permanent work within the music industry?
I’m keen to take my Music Business degree further, and enter a label-based position within marketing or a&r. I have an array of experience, but a real struggle in finding a decent network outside of the small local hardcore scene im mainly active in, or gaining a response for internships at major labels. As a disabled person, I find it even more difficult as I feel some employers may see this as a disadvantage to my abilities? Any advice greatly appreciated, and really hoping to get into a suitable, health-friendly position and take my talent in new artist management and PR further!
