How to change a carrier path from an account executive role to a more creative role in a media/art industry with no or few experience?

- I think it depends on what you want to do.I am not an expert but I also switched from project management to a creative career (at least I try, fingers crossed).What I did is taking courses on what you want to do, work on your craft and start freelancing and creating a network :)Networking is everything!
- @Shadrach Agard Thank you very much for your reply!Unfortunately I don't think the internship would work for me because I am not a "junior" anymore (graduated many years ago already) and also that wouldn't allow me to support me economically if I don't have any other job.
