I am looking for professionals in need of analogue/digital music/audio production or optimisation ( Mix & Mastering ) for their projects.
Hello,
Growing up I was raised in a very intense environment, I used to write as a way of expressing myself. When I was 14, I found a music group that organised workshops and events. This allowed us to work on our strength and weaknesses together to improve the performances leading to what became CFM crew (Centro Formazione Musicale). It rapidly became affiliated with other crews. We received booking from around Italy where we would showcase our projects. I learned how to set up events with deadlines, how to work creatively as part of a team, how to interact in professional situations. I also had a chance to develop my skills as an artist onstage and in production studios. I gain valuable experience that stayed with me in the other jobs I have done since.
When I was 21yrs old o moved to London be more immersed arts and music scene that is very much a apart of the culture here and learn English. Once I was confident in my English, I decided to study a Bachelors of Arts here to help me hone my craft and take my skills and work to the next level. While at university I had a chance to learn from many great people in the industry via lectures and events that I attended. Short time after graduation I also got a position as a teaching assistant in advance music technology research within the music department.
Following this I also worked as an engineer in an up-and-coming pub in Streatham. I was brought in because of my experience with music and live performances. The owner wanted to create live events and change the atmosphere of the pub to increase revenue and live up the scene. I designed and built the stage and performance area and oversaw finding and booking talent alongside being the head engineer for these nights. My artistic upbringing/background helped me to problem solve any issues that unexpectedly arose and be creative with what we were able to do.
Working with other artists and musicians from different backgrounds exposed me to different styles, techniques, and ways of doing things. I then decided to become freelance and open Tempo Tep Productions where I work in production pre/post such as music composition/arrangement, recording, editing, mixing, mastering, sound design, sound production. I have developed my own home studio to allow me to work on such things and set up the equipment I needed. Doing things independently has allowed me to really grow as an artist and producer establish new partnership too. It has thrown me many challenges and curve balls that I have had to adapt and learn from.
I have had to learn to manage my own time and diary. Schedule meetings, work within specific topic, breakdown project and build them from the bone. Because of this, I am independent and in total control of artistic directions allowing me to stay true to each work. Having my own studio was something I was working towards, however, the pandemic meant I had to change direction and adapt to my new circumstances. I’m ready for new challenges and willing to learn.
