I am opening up my own studio to rent out by the hour when I am not using it and I need your help!

I wanted to get feedback from other people in the industry. What do you feel is a must in a studio?
What kind of items, props and equipment do you think are a must when you rent a studio?

I would love to hear from you on this!

    Some of the bits I always found needed

    Cloth rails (ideally more than 1)
    A good steamer (Progress brand is good !)
    Backdrop system and colourma (Cove wall is even better)
    Some basic lightings and softboxes (500W + ideally, not always essential but good to have)
    makeup area (couple of table with mirrors, enough for at least 2 models or 1 for hairstylist 1 for makeup)
    basic kitchen
    good wifi !!

    Just a few things off top of my head, hope you find it useful.
