I am starting my first freelance photography job, how much should I charge for a day rate?

- This site has a bunch of photographers on it. You can see what they are asking for:https://freelancerclub.net/If you want to earn a living you want to charge much more than you think.
- This is quite a useful guide: http://www.londonfreelance.org/feesguide/index.php?section=Photography. Another is Lisa Pritchards book 'Setting up a sucessful photography business'.
- @Nicholas LapiteNot exactly, I've been working with the company for a while in a different department but have now transferred to doing the photography. As of yet, I have completed a trial period via a clocking in and out system on the current hourly rate of my other role. It was going to be agreed that if they like my work I would continue.I want to go into the meeting prepared and have a good idea of the rate I should be charging per day but am unsure about what that figure should be. I currently do the photography, editing/formatting and I know in future they are needing some short film footage for social media also.I also purchase the props etc for the scenes so far, should I add on an amount to cover these costings or use an expenses system?
