I have some amazing clients from the pet market. They're struggling to get their products out, even though they sell to Europe.
If your a pet owner/lover, I would love to get some feedback on their products and website. I want to help them improve their communication and bring in some sales.

- Not particularly a pet person however the web experience is really bad. They have nice photos and perhaps a good base for an interesting brand. The product seems rather nicely designed. At first, it is hard to understand what they sell. Copy doesn´t really touch or solve any real problems. The site is in mixed languages. Broken. Poorly designed. So this doesn´t add trust. The product is nice and looks modern. I would say that it should sell in Scandinavia. I would question some of the sharp construction details hanging out.The product seems rather pricy so I would say that poor and confusing branding doesn´t really inspire people to get it. If you want to sell premium you should look premium. Nobody wants to load after loading website. There is no trust. Social validation. Information about shipping price/time etc. If I find it in the FAQ it's a rather long wait and again if I see that something costs quite a lot and is easy to do yourself I rather go to a local shop and buy some plywood and have a weekend project. For higher-end customers, it's something they can probably ask their furniture contact. To know why they don´t sell is hard to say without knowing the exact funnel. How much traffic do they get? From where do users come?
