I have taken the role of a Producer for a small animation project, any advise on what a creative producer actually does?

- Yes, as a creative producer you can pitch in to shape the style of the animation. That could be anything from the colours used, to the way objects move. If you have a client for the project you will be the liaison between the client and the creative team which can be a tricky balancing act because the client will know their audience best and wil have communication objectives but the creative tem are likely to have artistic objectives and will want to push themselves to create the best piece possible from their perspective. If there's no client then you're the conduit between the audience and the creative team. You have to keep in mind what audiences respond well to and make sure the creative team keep that in mind. Add to that the fact that you probably have to balance a limited budget and you have a fun challenge on your hands.
