I'm hoping to be a full time freelance remote writer, I already have a lot of experience but I'm struggling to find jobs. Any advice? :)

Also if anyone is looking for a freelance writer I'd be more than happy to apply for a positon as well!

  • If you don't have one already, I'd suggest a simple blog which highlights your best work. Make it crisp, clean and easy to navigate it and use it as an online portfolio.

Create some short samples you can send to prospective clients and get them set up as PDFs so anyone can open them. (Don't create long samples, no one has time to read them).

Don't work for free and don't work for "exposure". You'll almost certainly be wasting your time. Anyone worth working for will pay you.

    Good luck!
