- Charlene, no offense meant to you but those salaries are shocking. The video editor one is 5k under the average and you have to produce as well??And you don't even list the salaries in some jobs - Why would a candidate take the time to apply with you if you can't take the time to list the salary?Listing "competitive" as a salary instead of a range will put off literally every single talented creative I know from even applying.
