I made a Whatsapp community for people in the creative industry
Speed is very important in this industry and I feel like whenever I have an opportunity I have to post and reach out through many different groups and platforms and communities and then vet many people. It's just not the most efficient. So I've made a whatsapp group where everyone in there will be pre-approved before getting in. The main thing we will truly be judging is kindess, competancy and mindset. Apart from that you can be a junior or a senior.
