I need a Shopify expert to help me with my website, emails and general maintenance, ensuring it looks fantastic and performs brilliantly.
I have a small stationery business, The Kensington Paperie, and I need someone to help me on a freelance basis with my website.
The new collection launches at the beginning of September and there is plenty to do before then.
Your role would include (but not be limited to) the following:
- Ensure all products/collections are uploaded correctly
- Liase with my fulfilment team to ensure all the products are where they need to be.
- Manage stock levels
- Sales reporting and analysis
- Email marketing campign (Seguno) - helping build, schedule and manage
- Customer experience - helping to optimise the customer's online experience (follow up emails, abandoned checkouts, etc.)
