I want to get into journalism in magazines, If any one has any advice on how to get into this,that would be gratefully appreciated.

- I would say start off small maybe reaching out to platforms/zines on instagram and pitching a few ideas so you have more material to share and then building from there.I've just seen that Guap + Shado Mag are looking for contributors so maybe email / pitch to them

- Write as much as you can! I started writing a personal blog that I was then able to use as a portfolio to land my first paid journalism job.Reach out to people on LinkedIn for advice and to enquire about writing opportunities.Sign up to Sian Meades-Williams' freelance jobs newsletter, as there's always good opportunities in there.And finally, OWN IT. You will always be your biggest cheerleader. Being confident and saying that you ARE getting into print journalism, is a great place to start <3
