Im looking for a digital marketing executive to join the Mirabeau Wine team to help us grow our online presence.

The role is split across 5 key responsibilities:

1. Develop a coherent content strategy across all channels
○ Understand our consumer through the data points available and existing profile information
○ Constantly look for new ways to understand our audience better, and the role each channel plays in growing our customer base and business performance
○ Create a content audit and use this information to determine the best content strategy to meet our objectives

2. Engage and grow our social media audience globally
○ Design and implement a holistic brand awareness strategy across our social channels: Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, Pinterest
i. Working closely with the internal marketing team, align on the type of content that will hit objectives and ensure each piece created is deployed for maximum effectiveness. Set KPIs, evaluate performance and learn for the next post.
ii. Using schedule software, create posts, write copy, upload ahead of time and ensure they are timed for maximum engagement.
○ Manage paid ads campaigns independently or through an agency to deliver optimal performance for both brand awareness and DTC conversion objectives.

3. Manage our website presence and attract and engage our target audience
○ Own and lead SEO initiatives within the company to increase brand awareness
○ Create data driven strategies to drive SEO performance
○ Design, create and implement compelling blog content with optimised SEO keywords to drive traffic and consumers into our world
○ Evaluate, constantly improve and have a growth hacking attitude

4. Management of Mirabeau main website & DTC platform
○ Ongoing management of website, working with our web developer to ensure the site is operationally sound and fully optimised to deliver results
○ Front and backend management where a knowledge of coding is required

5. Build on our successful CRM program to engage our audience
○ Own the customer journey and maximise this for the brand
○ Design and implement the ongoing e-mail marketing strategy (Mailchimp) in order to grow our audience through partnerships, create brand affinity and where possible, commercialise through our DTC
○ Create efficiency through repurposing and tailoring the blog content pieces for our email communications
○ Measure performance and enhance at every opportunity


The candidate
● Expert working knowledge of Social channels (Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, Pinterest), Mailchimp, Wordpress, Google Analytics, Google Search Console
● Ability to use Creative Suite, Adobe Acrobat Pro or In Design
● Portfolio demonstrating copy, blogs, creative and strategic strength
● Strong organisational, problem-analysis, decision-making and communication skills
● Detail-oriented
● Ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting demanding deadlines, producing high-quality work and projecting a positive attitude
● Self-manage internal deadlines, release dates and comfortable working remotely
● Professional copywriting, marketing, SEO, Content, and/or Social Media copy experience.
● Strong belief in our brand and the opportunity

Maison Mirabeau was founded by British couple Stephen and Jeany Cronk, who realised a dream in 2009 after selling their London home, uplifting their family and risking it all to move to Provence and create rosé wines for people to enjoy. We focus on making delicious dry rosé wines and spirits, widely regarded as some of the very best from the South of France.
