Is any web developers familiar with the programme 'Rapidweaver'?

Question

I am currently building a website on this programme as my client specifcally wants to use it. I am currently having to learn the software whilst also building it.

I have been running in to some problems, for example making the  image fit across the whole of the web page. I feel like I need to target this image with CSS code, but not even sure how to target it. There isnt many resources. So I thought I would try here and see if anyone is familiar with this software and wouldnt mind giving me a few pointers?
