Is there any internships on available on digital marketing?

I am a model for SUPA Model management, who is currently taking an online course on BOF ( Business of Fashion ) on Digital Marketing. I am looking for an internship that is anything related to to digital marketing, specifically social media and email marketing. I am into photography too and have recently starting taking shots with my film camera.
