London based queer models wanted for a photoshoot!
My partner is working on a new media piece, and I need your help to bring it to life. This project explores how trans and queer expression can often feel rejected in everyday spaces. In a time when queer bodies and identities are so frequently politicised, our joy becomes an act of resistance.
The project will be a video collage blending photographs of drag performers in everyday spaces. The photos will be layered over a moving video like a scrapbook, and text and poetry will be imposed on screen. The final piece will be displayed in an exhibition at The BRIT School.
I need drag artists of any experience level,
Queer people who want to be a part of the project, a makeup artist,
People willing to be a part of a crowd shot,
I’m looking for 5-6 people who want to be photographed in drag in different locations.
