Looking for 18-25 year olds from under represented and marginalized backgrounds who want to gain access to the marketing industry!

Question

We’ve been working hard over the last 3 months to build a comprehensive programme that will help enable those from under-represented and marginalized backgrounds gain access to the marketing industry. This is so much more than work experience!

We are launching our first cohort via Kickstart and working with some great partners including clients and other employability charities & recruitment platforms to help ensure that the 3 people who join us get jobs and then an after-care support package to help them progress through the industry.

I was hoping to see if you had time to have a think about any networks you might be in where this would be relevant, or if you know anyone who would want to join Warm Street as part of the Academy.  This will be a phenomenal way to help someone get the agency experience to get their first job in the business.

Who we are looking for: 
•	18-25 years old 
•	Wants to get on the ladder and experience the music & marketing industry
•	Does not have required experience
•	Has passion, hunger & drive to learn
•	Loves music, culture & brands

They would need to:

•	Apply via the link in the document attached
•	Be registered or be eligible to register for universal credit to be considered

They would receive:

•	A 6 month fast-track programme to help them learn the building blocks of work life in a music and marketing space.
•	One to One Career Coaching throughout
•	Paid learning and development plan
•	Accredited Employability Training
•	A paid 6-month placement with us for 25 hours a week!
