- Hi Pia, I'm a creative recruiter and have adhd. Happy to chat! We're currently doing work over at EdenMarsh to bring more neurodiversity awareness into recruitment process.Feel free to drop me a note :)alissa@edenmarsh.co.uk
- Hi Jamil, thank you very much for answering me and for those links! The thing is I pointed out neurodiversity awareness. I have found recently the term diversity recruitment and I have also found out that the creator of this portal is a diversity advocate and dyslexic so neurodivergent herself. I just want to know how does it work? What it is being done to have a more inclusive work environment? I have never heard about a neurodiversity-friendly work environment before. Does that really exist? For me this is like a TABU is something that should not be talked about it because it might limit your work opportunities.
