  • Hi Pia, I'm a creative recruiter and have adhd. Happy to chat!
We're currently doing work over at EdenMarsh to bring more neurodiversity awareness into recruitment process.

Feel free to drop me a note :)

  • Hi Jamil, thank you very much for answering me and for those links! The thing is I pointed out neurodiversity awareness. I have found recently the term diversity recruitment and I have also found out that the creator of this portal is a diversity advocate and dyslexic so neurodivergent herself. I just want to know how does it work? What it is being done to have a more inclusive work environment? I have never heard about a neurodiversity-friendly work environment before. Does that really exist? For me this is like a TABU is something that should not be talked about it because it might limit your work opportunities.
  • Hi Pia,

I’m Jamil from The Dots! Here are my top tips to help you find work:

    1. Follow your favourite companies so you’re the first to know when they post jobs and call-outs:

    2. Build your network by connecting with people you already know, and people you want to know! (fun fact: 50-80% of jobs are filled through networking):

Oh, and your newsfeed is the place to discover all the best opportunities to network, find work and more:

    I hope that helps!
