Businessfourzero are a business management consultancy, specialising in 5 different areas: Purpose, Strategy, Engagement, Leadership & Culture. We are a fast-paced, growing, next-gen consultancy; in our next phase of growth, we are hiring an in-house Middleweight Designer to help us design outstanding creative concepts, content and experiences across our client journeys. This is an exciting position for a driven, creative mind who is passionate about the impact cutting edge design can have on the world and is hungry to help shape the future of our Experience Practice. THE ROLE • Owning the full design journey: creating expansive, coherent ideas and then using deep technical expertise to apply them to all corners of the work – from content and materials to space design and experience look and feel • Delivering client outcomes through design: acting as the expert voice within client project teams - provoking, improving, solving and selling the impact of design solutions • Creating cut through pieces of stimulus in many formats: graphic design, setting up artworks for large scale print, exhibitions, merchandise, working with brand guidelines, ppt presentations. • End-to-end experience design: from event brand design and exhibitions to working with production, print and staging • Owning in-house Brand: elevating b4z internal brand through development of powerful collateral ABOUT YOU • Outstanding all-round design foundations (illustrator, photoshop, typography / brand design, design thinking) with 4+ years experience • Obsessed with what’s new and pioneering in the world of design and experience creation • Thrives on working collaboratively, iteratively and often in ambiguity • Passionate about helping to scale our Experience Practice globally, growing both our people and our impact • Excellent organization, prioritization and communication skills, with relentless attention to detail ABOUT B4Z Our purpose is to get every team on a mission to actually do business better.
