Looking for a mid-level UX designer to help with site migration

Question

Hi there, my team are currently migrating our Careers site from a clunky old CMS to Brightspot. It's giving us the opportunity to review our pages and see how we can create a more exciting experience for candidates.

I'm looking for a UX designer to help with some initial thinking for the page architecture, structure, what could be included in the site etc.

I don't know how exactly how long the project would take - keen to have a conversation and see what's possible.
