    Hey Louise — My 2 pence worth;

    I'd open with a line about you at the top above the work, just so visitors get a quick and clear idea of what you do / are good at. Ie. 'A strategic planner open to media planning and account management roles, full time, part-time, or one-offs'

    Perhaps include a direct email / phone number on the contact page, some people don't trust forms will get there.

    Maybe highlight some key experience in your about page so people get a quick snapshot.
