Make-up artist events

Hi all, I’m a new MUA based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. Does anyone know of any pop up events for MUAS, or beginner jobs, or anything that could be knowledgeable to a new MUA?? Thanks!

    I would love to get into bridal and also models for photo shoots for makeup brands ect. Thanks so much for your advice, I’ll definitely be taking that on board!!

    What type of makeup are you most interested in? Fashion? Beauty? TV/Film?

    I’d say the best thing to do is follow more seasoned MUAs you admire on social media, message them and ask to assist.
    It’s a great way to learn the industry and pick up tips and tricks. It will also allow you to build your network.
    Networking is key in this industry!
    Also do some collaborations and TFP ( trade for print ) shoots with photographers and models, so you can get some professional portfolio images under your belt.
