Menopause at work information
We are developing a range of menopause support for businesses. There are so many considerations for women of menopausal age you may need to consider and there may well be some changes in the legals in the coming months/years. This subject affects everyone because even if you're not a woman you may know someone who is experiencing the menopause. So we're drafting training, toolkits and guides on how to manage it. If you'd like to find out more and inform the process then get in touch. I think the considerations for freelancers are as important as permanent employees.
