Thank you for having a look, I really appreciate it!
I will definitely take that on board, I can be too precious sometimes!
I love the idea of adding some sketches..
    :)
  • I agree with everything that Benedict has said. To add to the process imagery, I think there is some beauty in them being mostly raw, because ultimately an employer likes to see how you think. And this could be as simple as converting things like sketches into greyscale on photoshop on a white background. Try and pick your most beautiful drawings/imagery that relates to elements in the final design. Photographs, keep them simple too. Make sure they are nice and big so legibility is clear for the viewer. I think there is no need to overdesign these, your final work shows your ability and skills to organise this into neat and beautiful pieces. Hope this helps and good luck!

Thank you for the feedback, I really appreciate it! I’m still at uni so don’t have a whole lot of projects to show on there.
I am working on some right now though!
I think the advice about going into more written detail is really good, I would love to put my thoughts down in writing more on the project pages.
I would love to show In imagery my research, concept and development process but I’m so stuck on how to show it in a pleasing way, that is slick and matches the rest of my imagery?
Thank you for taking the time out to have a look :)

  • Overall a good junior portfolio. Here's a few things that could be looked at. Don't be a afraid to go into more detail about your process and show more imagery, you can go though your portfolio quite qucikly. Do you have anymore projects to show? I would like to be able to read more about the Chunky Ladies project. I don't think you need to show your personal braning. On your about page, it would be nice read about you and your background (where you studied/work experance etc). But overall its clear and easy to digest. It's great to see a mix of work (branding/illustratiom/creative) and you're including written work! Hope that helps
