- Trapped in a design silo! Switching across different design disciplines is so difficult. The creative industry has become far less open to people like myself working across categories. Specialisation is good but so many times I have come across those who refuse to believe in versatility - it's so frustrating. Strange for an industry of supposedly innovative, broad minded thinkers...
