So I've gone ahead and rebranded my production agency to https://www.everyonecontent.com/. Bonus It's diverse majority owned and managed!

As a person of colour who has worked in the content creation industry for over 25 years, I have first-hand knowledge of the complexity and nuance of bringing diversity into production and have always strived to be more inclusive on my projects. Firstly as one of a few Latinos working in New York City production, then more recently as the almost only Latino immigrant on the London scene. Most of you were very receptive, there have been some eye-rolls and sadly one or two hostile reactions.

So now I, along with two like-minded and sympathetic partners, have decided to put my money where my mouth is and relaunch our production startup (previously named REDUX) to the new and improved EVERYONE CONTENT. To quote the cliche – it does what it says on the tin. Everyone Content’s mission is to continue to create top-notch creative content, but do so by asking those questions at every stage through production.

Our mission statement says it best – At Everyone, our goal is to work with creators from underrepresented backgrounds and communities, and we prioritise hiring a diverse and inclusive crew for every project.

Starting this adventure with veterans, Ed Salkled and Naz Soudoughi means that every production will have the expertise behind the scenes that will push any brief to its potential. This is more than just a box-ticking endeavour, with a diverse majority owned and managed company (an Iranian woman, a Latino and a token white guy) we are committed to this ideal from the ground up, backed with our current diverse roster that we will continue to expand, in addition to our vast network of creative operatives.

So if you are an agency looking to expand your horizons, or a brand looking for a product film, reach out for a chat. We will bring doughnuts!

Likewise, if you are a creative (and I am including producers here!) of any discipline, from an underrepresented background or community, or someone who just wants to work with us (Everyone means EVERYBODY) reach out as well – we are always looking to expand our network!
