Social Media Assistant Needed (Immediate Start: Must Enjoy Nightlife and Urban Music)

We are recruiting a Social Media Assistant to handle our digital growth plans on a part-time basis.
The social media manager will maintain responsibility for:
Managing social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Tik-Tok & Youtube.
Supporting the launch of paid marketing campaigns.
Creating engaging social media content.
Keeping up to date with the latest industry news.
Developing social media guidelines team to maximise value from social media.
Update new website with content
The ideal candidate will:
Work under own initiative (IMPERATIVE)
Have a basic understanding of paid advertising campaigns.
Be able to track data and suggest areas for improvement.
Basic understanding of Facebook and Instagram Ads Manager.
The ability to seek creative solutions to problems.
Must have an interest in Nightlife, Parties and Music (Hip-Hop, Afrobeats, Dancehall predominately)
Immediate Tasks:
Manage the social media development of up to 8 new brands
Manage one Instagram, Facebook & Tik-Tok page.
Post up to 3 times a week on each channel using interactive content. You will pre-develop content and schedule posts using social media scheduling tools.
Support the launch of paid advertising campaigns.
Support selling tickets using each social media channel.
Make suggestions regarding graphics and other design elements to increase engagement.

We’d be looking for social media management on IG, FB & Tik-Tok including content creation for each channel (with support provided).

Monthly Fee: Negotiatable up to £800 per month
