Testing the waters for a possible collective or group of likeminded people to work with.
Anyone out there in the same position as me?
I am currently freelancing as a graphic and website designer. I have been toying with the idea of finding a full time job for about 8 months now, applying here and there for jobs I like. I am getting to the stage where I actually just want to work with some creative people on some exciting projects, whether they are conceptual art works, finding and creating innovative commercial work, experimenting etc...
Im curious to see if anyone is feeling the same and would be prepared to take a bit of a leap of faith and try creating some projects together as a collective of some sort.
I am looking to work on things like immersive and experiential design, AI/Machine Learning within either a conceptual art basis (where we look for opportunities for funding or possibly self fund) or commercially for other companies (targeting specific companies or areas and trying to make a name for ourselves).
Would be great to hear from anyone thinking the same or a bit lost in their current career. People within areas like art/creative direction, data science, creative coders, storytellers, marketers etc.
My one requirement would be a bit of commitment as these things might take time and unpaid effort.
If you're based in London then all the better as it would be great to meet face to face and discuss ideas as it always seems to generate better outcomes that way.
