There is so much of competition for design jobs. There is no metric in getting to the right answer. How do you stand out in the crowd ?

- @Laura Hurst thank you Laura for this amazing tip. I have come across many designers mention this. I’ve had a style from very months now. But I’d love to get a feedback and understand how to improve the design.
- Spend time exploring your own style and creative point of view. Try not to get sucked into design trends, which makes it really difficult to stand out. It sounds cheesy but look deep inside and ask yourself what makes you creatively happy? What aesthetics do you respond to? What do you want to put out into the world? And make that.Good luck?
- @Aidan Joseph Holding value comes with experience and continuous design iteration. There are many people to connect and learn from. I’m glad for your reply.
- There is, but hang in there. Reach out to as many place you think you may be useful regardless of the job ads you find. While relevant experiences and ability to execute is a must, unique insights and your ability to communicate your value to the right people are what will give you a greater chance of standing apart from other applicants.Just keep reaching out, try to develop a sincere dialogue with key decision makers in the companies you seek to work with/for.Hope this helps and good luck!
