- Yep, a lot of research to back it up to, great for mental health and general wellbeing.Love reading, pretty much every book gives a great insight into other perspectives, ideas, situations!Picking up a book is always a great thing! (unless you're really not into the book - if this is the case, I move on - controversial topic! ;))
