URGENT - I need help getting into my Meta business profile and Facebook aren't helping. Are there any tech experts that can help?
2FA Issue
Meta seems to have an issue with sending login codes to mobile devices and I can't get into my profile to manage my company profiles. When I log in, I don't receive a login code despite the number being correct on the account. I tried to disable 2FA on the Facebook app but it's not successful.
This is negatively impacting business as I can't run social ad campaigns, schedule content via scheduler tools or update commerce.
If there's anyone at Meta that can help or anyone that has had this similar issue resolved, please get in touch as soon as possible.
