Hello All,
Sauer (sour) is an online zine written by women for everyone. We are dedicated to highlighting the perspectives, voices, and creativity of under-represented and marginalised female-identifying beings worldwide. As we believe ideas can be expressed in many creative ways, every quarter, we select a word and make an open call for submissions.
We are now looking for female-identifying, opinion, cultural and political writers. No experience is required. Any skill level is encouraged. We welcome personal essays, stories, opinion pieces, etc... anything that speaks to you, really.
This a passion project and mission. We do so because we are deeply committed to the women's cause and truly wish to provide a platform for those who are frequently overlooked!
Théa and I (the founders) don't pay ourselves and cover all the magazine costs. Sadly, we cannot offer any payment at this moment... no one will make a profit off it (all contributions - including ours - will be unpaid).
