We’re delighted to invite you and a guest to join us at an exclusive opening event for Liverpool Through the Lens by Leroy Cooper at Museum of Liverpool, in our Skylight Gallery.
Photographer, Leroy Cooper, whose arrest was one of the final sparks that led to the 1981 Toxteth Uprising, showcases unique images from his 40-year career. These evocative and insightful images are his love letter to the wider city and the Liverpool 8 community.
You’ll be among the first to see this new exhibition, as well as being treated to a Caribbean food and drinks reception.
If you wish to attend the event RSVP to fusionmedia33films@gmail.com no later than 12 noon, Thursday 23 March.
Location: Museum of Liverpool, Pier Head, Liverpool, L3 1DG
Date: 30 March 2023
Doors: 6.30pm
