Her non negotioables are moving everyday, connecting with her support network, prioritising sleep and not drinking alchohol.

    Non negoitables would be
    Movement swimming, sauna, running over 100km monthly
    Water intake
    Decent food, non processed if possible, cook at home
    Read
    Connect, in whatever way this maybe
