What is the average day rate/ project rates for motion design work. I’m a junior designer!
I’ve been asked by a design agency in Dublin what my rates are for my motion design work. Unsure what to say! Any help/ advice would be great.

- £250-280 would be good if youre a junior, although depending on your skillset and speed you can raise that to £300+. And I suggest you raise them year on year as UK rates are low in my opinion.
